Tina Datta has been making a lot of noise in Colors' Bigg Boss season 16. She rose to fame with Uttaran and then returned to the small screen with Bigg Boss. Recently, there was news circulating that Tina had been roped in to play the lead role in Colors' Durga Aur Charu, and now we learn she has another interesting project in her kitty.

A source close to the actress informs us that Tina has been roped in for an upcoming South film, and this will mark her Telugu debut. Tina has worked in Hindi and Bengali movies, and with this film, she will head to the south.

The yet-to-be-titled film revolves around a couple who come from opposite family backgrounds; while Tina will be the obedient daughter of a rich politician, she will fall hard for a boy who works for her father, and then be followed by heated drama ahead.
