Big B Dotes On 'Rascals'!

Amitabh Bachchan might have publicly expressed his disapproval at the use of expletives in films, but that did not stop the Big B from gracing the occasion of unveiling of Rascals promo and first look with his presence. Actors and good friends Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn were only too happy to have the superstar reveal the posters and the trailer of their comic caper. Amitabh Bachchan also spoke about his close relationship with Sanjay Dutt who he claimed was like a "member of our family" and how Ajay Devgn has always treated AB Jr like a younger brother, before wishing them luck for their forthcoming movie.

Needless to say, with a name like Rascals as the title of the movie and self confessed pranksters Devgn and Dutt present with masala comedy director David Dhawan at the event, a laugh riot was expected with the team unleashing their funny side. Though the glam factor in the form of Kangna Ranaut was missing from the event, the boys managed to have everyone splitting their sides with their witty quips.

Ganging up against their director David Dhawan, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt revealed that their director was the biggest 'Rascal' of all as he finished all the food on the sets. When asked to elaborate, Ajay Devgn said cheekily, "David is on a se(a)e food diet…whenever he sees food, he eats it."

Talking about the reasons behind casting Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn in the movie as opposed to Dhawan favourite Govinda, Sanju baba said, "I had to act in it as I am producing it. As far as Ajay is concerned, he is the one actor with whom I share a great comfort level."

Sanjay Dutt Productions Pvt.Ltd and Rupali Aum Entertainment's 'Rascals' starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Kangna Ranaut, Arjun Rampal, Lisa Haydon and Chunky Pandey is slated for a Dusshera release 2011.
