He's readying to serve up a spooky offering. Ghost, that is. Producer Bharat Shah who's synonymous with mainstream cinema will unleash the Puja Jatinder Bedi flick, that's been enmeshed in controversy, courtesy lead stars Shiney Ahuja and Sayali Bhagat.
Shah, however, does not feel that this foray is a factor that merits different attention. "If I've made a big-budget film like Devdas and some others, I have also ventured into small-budget movies and made a film like 'Bombay Boys,'", opines Shah. "In fact, I've made about eight to ten low scale films and they also did quite well. As a horror film, Ghost has a different market
Touted as "India's most expensive Hollywood film," Shah accepts that claim with finality stating, "When you see Ghost, you will realise that it has been made at par with Hollywood standards. It's very different from the run-of-the-mill ghost serials and films that one is used to seeing. I do feel that everyone will like Ghost because it also has a love story, good music, it has an 'item song' too and has been shot at excellent locations."
Now for some spine-chilling...
