Bald Mali's New Direction

Her bald avatar in Amol Palekar's 'And Once Again' has whipped up fresh interest for Antara Mali. And although she did try her hand at direction with 'Mr Ya Miss', the Ram Gopal Varma prot?g? efforts didn't really set the cash registers ringing.

Once bitten, twice harder? seems to be the Mali policy.

And yeah, the valiant Mali still has her heart set on helming another flick. "I'm not taking up too many acting assignments," asserts Mali in a tabloid quote, "I will definitely consider taking up direction in the future too."
