Anurag Kashyap's 'Raman Raghav 2.0' To Be Screened At Cannes Film Festival This Year

After his big-budget disaster Bombay Velvet, Anurag Kashyap will be coming up with a thriller titled Raman Raghav 2.0, which is based on the investigation to nab serial killer Raman Raghav in 60s Mumbai.

It seems that the film has been selected to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival this year and Kashyap took to his Twitter page to announce, "Raman Raghav 2.0 to premiere at Cannes Directors Fortnight. Congratulations team.'' The film stars actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui as serial killer Raman Raghav along with Masaan fame actor Vicky Kaushal, who plays a tough cop out to crack the case.

Interestingly, Kashyap's film will clash with his mentor Ram Gopal Varma's Veerappan on May 27.
