Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma starrer Antim : The Final Truth has scored a fairly decent weekend at Indian Box office. The film opened to mixed reviews and the audience response will be known today on Monday where Word Of Mouth plays a big role. The film has collected approximately 18 crore nett in the opening weekend which is a fair amount considering the clash with Satyameva Jayate 2.
The Mahesh Manjrekar directorial has fetched good footfalls in mass centres but the plexes are not doing great. The major share is coming from Maharashtra because the local connect is helping the film to get a Maharashtrian audience who also watched Mulshi Pattern in cinema halls.
Antim opened with 4.50 crore+ nett on Friday and then the film showed about a 20% jump on Saturday. On Sunday, the film saw even better trending as the mass centres picked up. Antim collected in the range of 7.50-8.00 crore nett on the third day to cross 18 nett crore mark over the weekend. The film will see an expected drop on Monday because the front loaded action flicks usually drop on weekdays. But how far the drop goes will decide the lifetime numbers, as there will be a New Bollywood release on Next Friday.
