Social media influencer and Ramayana actress Anjali Arora’s boyfriend, Akash Sansanwal, was arrested by Meerut Police in Uttar Pradesh after authorities found he was driving with a fake MP/MLA sticker on his vehicle. The incident happened during heightened security checks ahead of Republic Day at the Kashi Toll Plaza on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, where police stopped a black Scorpio SUV and noticed the suspicious sticker.

According to police, the pass displayed on the car falsely suggested affiliation with an Indian Parliament position. Upon verification, officials confirmed the sticker was forged, which led to Sansanwal’s arrest on charges including forgery and impersonation. The Scorpio was also seized by authorities as part of the ongoing investigation. 

Reports state that Sansanwal allegedly attempted to evade the police, but was detained by the team led by senior officers at the toll plaza. He was then taken into police custody and is expected to be produced in court for further legal proceedings.
