‘Andheri Raat’ From ‘Monsoon Shootout’ Is A Dark And Violent Number

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be next seen playing a violent criminal in upcoming film Monsoon Shootout and the latest number Andheri Raat from the film, offers a glimpse into his character.

The song features Nawaz, Neeraj Kabi, Vijay Verma and Tannishtha Chatterjee. The song goes on to establish Nawaz’s character as a violent criminal named Shiva, who does not fear anyone and the cat and mouse game that starts when rookie cop Vijay Verma decides to bring him to justice.Sung by Neha Bhasin, Aklesh Sutar and Rajiv Sundaresan and composed by Viveick Rajagopalan and Mayur Narvekar, Andheri Raat is a treat for fans of dark films.

Monsoon Shootout is a crime thriller directed by Amit Kumar and produced by Guneet Monga, Anurag Kashyap, Arun Rangachari and Vivek Rangachari. The film was premiered at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and even earned a nomination for Amit Kumar under Golden Camera category.
