Amitabh Bachchan Rubbishes Rumours About Dilip Kumar's Demise

Last night, there had been rumours doing the rounds that Bollywood thespian Dilip Kumar has passed away, causing many a fan to sigh in despair. However, Amitabh Bachchan, who had shared screen space with Kumar in Shakti, took to Twitter to rubbish such reports.

Taking to Twitter, the Big B wrote, ''Some baseless rumours being spread about Yusuf Saheb - Dilip Kumar, being ill .. Saira ji just informed me he is perfectly fine!'' Interestingly, Bachchan himself was the target of such rumours in 2012.

Dilip Kumar (real name Yusuf Khan) is known for his roles in films like Ganga Jamuna, Devdas, Ram Aur Shyam, Madhumati and many more.
