Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will next be seen in Sky Force, which marks the directorial debut of Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur. The film is written by Shaitaan-fame Aamil Keeyan Khan and Niren Bhatt and is based on true events. The team is gearing up for a grand trailer launch in the first week of January. Fans have been asking for the trailer launch update of the film, so here’s a confirmation for them. The trailer for Sky Force will be launched on January 3, 2025, starting the new year with a bang! Sky Force is said to be inspired by India's retaliatory attack on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase during the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965. The film will showcase many aerial action sequences that will be high on VFX.

Recently, there have been rumors about the film being postponed, but they all turned out to be false. The team is set to release the film in cinemas on Republic Day weekend, which perfectly suits the patriotic theme of the film. Produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films, it will be out in cinemas on January 24, 2025.
