Ajaz Khan Accused of Rape:

Television and film actor Ajaz Khan has been accused of raping a fellow actress, igniting a fresh wave of controversy surrounding the former Bigg Boss contestant. A formal case has been registered against him under sections 64 (punishment for rape), 54(2)(m) (rape in certain circumstances), 69 (sexual intercourse by deceit), and 74 (assault with intent to outrage modesty) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

According to the complaint filed by the actress at a Mumbai police station, the alleged incident took place earlier this year. She has claimed that Khan assaulted her under the pretext of helping her with a film project. The survivor further alleged that Khan used his position in the industry to manipulate and threaten her.

As per the FIR, the complainant—an aspiring actress living in Kandivali West—was chosen to participate in House Arrest, a show hosted by Khan. She began filming at Madh Malvani in Malad West on March 17, 2025, but exited the project five days later due to dissatisfaction with the production.  

The actress stated that she encountered Khan again at the wrap party for the series, during which he requested her contact number. The following day, he reportedly called her, declared his love, and spoke about wanting to marry her. She suggested they meet in person. That same day, he came to her residence, reiterated his marriage intentions, and assured her of roles in several shows, stating she could maintain her career after marriage.

Upon her mentioning the need for money for her sister’s wedding, Khan reportedly offered financial support. It was during this visit that he allegedly forced himself on her. The woman also alleged that Khan assaulted her sexually on several more occasions, each time making false promises of film opportunities that never materialized. 

Mumbai Police officials confirmed the FIR and stated that a detailed investigation is underway. However, efforts to contact or locate Ajaz Khan have so far proven unsuccessful. His mobile phone has reportedly been switched off since the complaint was filed, and he is currently untraceable. 

"A case has been registered at Charkop Police Station against actor Ajaz Khan for allegedly raping an actress. The police tried to contact him after registering the FIR, but his number has been switched off since then. He is not in contact with the police. The police reached him, but he was not present there. The police are searching for him,” said Mumbai Police, according to a report by ANI.
