As per reports Bollywood super star Ajay Devgn, who is all set to debut in Telugu films with his next multilingual release RRR, has refused from charging a penny for this film. Reportedly the actor has taken this decision owing to his very special friendship, that the actor shares with the director of the film, SS Rajamouli. Ajay and Rajamouli share a very special bond, which goes long back in time, and due to this Ajay has decided to work in his first collaboration with the director without charging for any fee. Reports state that the makers were ready to offer Ajay his regular remuneration, which is an approx Rs. 40 crore per film, but the actor was in no mood to take the money, and thus turned down their offer.
RRR is touted to be one of the biggest multi-lingual in the offering with a stellar cast. Recently the makers of RRR have finally announced the new release date for of their star-studded magnum opus. The film was scheduled to release in July this year, but now the release has been postponed, and it will release on the 8th of January 2021.
The team of RRR took to their social media to announce that the movie will release on the 8th of January 2021 worldwide with the caption,

RRR also has international stars like Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody and Olivia Morris in pivotal roles. Directed by Baahubali director S.S Rajamouli, RRR is produced by D.V.V Danayya on DVV Entertainment banner, and will release in 10 languages. The magnum opus is based on the lives of freedom fighters and also marks as the first movie by S.S Rajamouli to be inspired by true events.
