After Anurag Kashyap, Brother Abhinav Kashyap Wants Ranbir Kapoor

A few days ago, we had reported that maverick director Anurag Kashyap had roped in actor Ranbir Kapoor to star in his period flick Bombay Velvet opposite Anushka Sharma. Now, it seems that brother Abhinav Kashyap, who shot to fame for helming the Salman Khan starrer blockbuster Dabangg, is also eager to rope in the Rockstar for a project.

Sources have claimed that Abhinav, who is busy putting his second film, referred to as 'Project 18' with Viacom 18, has shared the script with Ranbir Kapoor and is awaiting the actor's response, who is busy shooting for Barfee, but is nevertheless said to be kicked about the script.

Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing the role of a deaf and mute man in Anurag Basu's upcoming flick Barfee, which also stars Priyanka Chopra in the role of an autistic girl.
