Boss. However, it has been decided that Akshay, who plays a gangster in the film, will have actress
Aditi Rao Hydari opposite him.
Sources reveal that initially Akshay wanted to play a lone gangster who has no other distractions and insisted that he wanted this film to be his first ever without a leading lady. However, as the script developed, Akshay felt that the audiences will feel cheated if the film doesn't have a leading lady.
Sources added that Aditi will be introduced in the plot as a surprise element and that the director feels that she makes a great pair with Akshay.
