Veteran actress Phyllis Love passed away recently at the age of 85 due to complications from Alzheimer's disease at her California home. Best known for her contributions to theatre, the Iowa born Love made her Broadway debut in The Member of the Wedding in 1950. She also appeared in Country Girl, Bus Stop and The Rose Tattoo.
Love also she also appeared in the 1956 film Friendly Persuasion and guest starred in hit TV shows Alfred Hitchcock Presents, The Outer Limits, The Fugitive and The Twilight Zone before officially retiring in from the industry in the 1970s.
