Abhishek Bachchan Is Writing The Sequel To 'Happy New Year'?

Abhishek Bachchan, who had played the lovable drunkard Nandu Bhide in Farah Khan's heist flick Happy New Year, seems to have taken up the responsibility of writing the sequel to the multi-starrer.

Farah recently disclosed that Abhishek had been pursuing her to make a sequel to the film and even volunteered to write the sequel. Farah reportedly said that if she likes whatever Abhishek comes up with, she will definitely make the sequel. Now, we don't know whether Farah is serious is pulling a fast one on us. Guess time will tell, eh?

Abhishek is currently busy shooting for Umesh Shukla's All Is Well.
