Abhi Wears his Attitude

Priyanka Chopra will be flaunting her bikini look in the movie Dostana, John Abraham will be flaunting his hot body, while Abhishek Bachchan will have to make do with his attitude only. On being quizzed about his USP in the film, the actor is believed to have jokingly said that he was the attitude. The actor, who is said to be sharing terrific chemistry with his male co star John in the movie, said that Priyanka had said that the two of them were making her feel like a junior artiste in the movie. According to Abhi, the comfort level that he shared with John, who he said was a friend, was what got translated on screen and came across as chemistry. Abhi plays a character quite like himself in Dostana. His character, Sameer, is the funloving type, whose idea it is to pretend a gay. In fact, since the director, Tarun knew him very well, he actually wrote a lot of the dialogue and script keeping him in mind. Tarun and Abhishek know each other for more than 13 years. Tarun used to work in mother Jaya Bachchan's audio visual company which produced TV serials like Dekh Bhai Dekh. Abhishek says he plunged into his role headlong and so did John. No point in doing anything half heartedly, he says. So he had a blast while shooting for the movie. Hope some of that gets translated on screen as well.
