2002 Hit And Run Case- Salman Khan Tells Mumbai Court He Was Not At The Wheel

In his version of the incidents which took on the fateful night of  22nd September, 2002 Salman Khan has maintained that he was neither drunk nor driving the car which drove over people sleeping on a pavement in Bandra and killed them.

Salman Khan told the Mumbai sessions court that his driver was driving the car and he had not consumed alcohol, even though he was present at a bar earlier that evening and had paid the bill as well.

The Dabangg actor's is certainly living on a prayer because if convicted for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, he could face 10 years in imprisonment.
