Warning Movie Review-In Short:

A group of friends embark on a yacht trip to celebrate their reunion, with horrifying consequences

Warning Movie Review-Verdict:

Though the first half has been admirably shot, with the right amount of thrills and chills, the second half is not as gripping.

Warning Movie Review-Story Plot:

Fatty (Varun Sharma), who stays on his own in Mumbai, contacts his old college friends and convinces them to meet up for a reunion. The friends agree and head off to Fiji, where their pal Bakshi (Santosh Barmola) seems to own a yacht, complete with a beach beauty on board.

However, the joyous reunion soon turns into a tense affair as old wounds resurface and the tension between the old friends turn palpable. If that was not all, the group of friends end up in the sea, with no way of getting back on the yacht and attract the attention of a predatory shark...

Warning Movie Review-Performances And Direction:

The cast comprising Manjari Fadnis, Varun Sharma, Jitin Gulati, Madhurima Tuli, Sumit Suri and the others perform decently enough. As far as the direction is concerned, Gurmmeet Singh handles the first half quite effectively. The film, which is not like other regular Bollywood fares, has been shot well too, so there are no complaints on that end. The film is not just about a disaster, but also goes to show how a person’s true nature is laid bare when a crisis strikes. However, it is the second half, which is disappointing-with sad songs thrown in between tense situations, which somewhat dilutes the effect. If that was not all, the 3D effects do not really offer any thrills.

Warning Movie Review-Final Word:

Warning is not a typical Bollywood film, we grant you that. However, the second half is quite disappointing.
