Hailing from a music family, Ankit Tiwari began his musical voyage at the tender age of 5 when his parents identified his talent and enrolled him for professional training. One of his initial tutors was his grandfather Shri NK Tiwariji who initially encouraged him to take his first "steps" in the field and instilled in him the sound fundamentals that continue to hold him in good stead by giving him rhythm training on dholak and table. Moving on he trained under Late Dinesh Master to play the Harmonium (classical).Then in his first school Jugal Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Shri Ujjawal Ji and Shri Vinod Kumar Dwivedi Ji took him under the training of classical rhythm and classical vocals. Moving on he learnt wersten vocals under Late Dada Sen & Shri Shankar Lal Bhatt.
Ankit Tiwari always had the passion for music and that's when he decided to take the leap of faith having belief in his abilities and talent. He was working in Radio Chaska in Gwalior as a Head Music Production when he and couple of his colleagues decided to come to Mumbai to try their luck. He got a chance to work with Mr. Pradeep Sarkar for couple of their ad films music during which Habib Faizal took notice of his abilities and gave him his first break with Do Dooni Chaar. From then on there was no looking back for Ankit.
