Anurag Kashyap To Make A Film On Serial Killer Raman Raghav Next
After his disastrous last release Bombay Velvet, Anurag Kashyap is gearing up to make a thriller on notorious serial killer Raman Raghav, who was known for killing pavement dwellers by crushing their heads with a boulder. Buzz has it that Nawazuddin Siddiqui will essay the role of Raghav and that the shooting for the film will start in the coming week or so. According to sources, after his arrest, Raghav confessed to the killing of 23 people in 1966 along the GIP (The Central Railway line, then known as the Great Indian Peninsular Railway). Sources claim that Shruti Haasan will also be a part of the project and that she will play a pivotal eye-witness to the murders committed by Raghav. Nawaz was last seen playing Dashrath Manjhi in Ketan Mehta's Manjhi-The Mountain Man.
