Forbes has released its India Celebrity 100 list and Salman Khan has topped it third year in a row with an estimated earning of Rs. 253.25 crore, which he got through his film releases, television appearances and brand endorsements between October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018.
At number two, is Indian Cricket Team’s captain Virat Kohli, with Rs. 228.09 crore in earnings. He is followed by Akshay Kumar who has an earning of Rs. 185 crore. With an earning of Rs. 112.8 crore, Deepika Padukone is at number four position and has thus become the first woman to enter the top five.
As Shah Rukh Khan didn’t have any release in the period which was evaluated, he slipped from number second position, that he held last year, to number thirteen. Priyanka Chopra also slipped from number seven position to number 49.
