Notebook’s third song, Bumro has got a thumbs up from the audiences and the film’s male lead Zaheer Iqbal has also managed to impress the audiences with his dancing skills.
In the video, Zaheer, who is playing a school teacher in the movie, is seen dancing with his students and it was in fact, Zaheer who came up with the hook step of the song. Sources close to the shooting unit revealed that while Zaheer was practicing the dance number he came up with his own hook step, which caught choreographer Mudassar Khan’s attention and he instantly decided to incorporate the same in the song’s video.
Speaking about Bumro, Zaheer says, “It is one of my favorite tracks in the album. While rehearsing I just came up with the step which the choreographers decided to incorporate in the song itself which was a very sweet gesture. I really like the way the song is shot and I hope that everyone likes it.’’
Presented by Salman Khan Films, Notebook is a Cine1 Studios production and is directed by National Award winner, Nitin Kakkar. The film marks the debut of Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl and is produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani, Ashwin Varde. The film will release on March 29.
