We had reported a few days ago that Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor will be tying the knot in April, this year and we hear that the couple wants their white wedding to be a hush-hush affair.
Reportedly, the date has been locked and the duo will be exchanging wedding vows in a Church wedding in the first week of April. Sources reveal that the couple has asked their respective teams to keep themselves free for the wedding, which will be an extremely private ceremony that will be attended by only their family members and close friends. Their hair and make-up artists have been asked to not talk about it to anyone.
While rumours about their wedding are refusing to die, in a recent interview when asked about her impending marriage with Arjun, Malaika said, “It’s all media made. Media is responsible for it.”
Malaika’s mother Joyce Polycarp, is a Malayali Catholic and that’s why they have decided to have a white wedding. Malaika had tied the knot with her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan too in a Christian ceremony, back in 1998. Her sister Amrita Arora had also got married to Shakeel Ladak in a Christian ceremony. Malaika and Arbaaz got divorced in 2017 and they have a 16-year-old son, Arhaan together.
