He's high on histrionics. Honing his skills in theatre for three years in addition to bagging two years of acting expertise from FTII, Divyendu Sharma, newfind of Pyaar Ka Punchnama is on a high. And makes no bones that he's getting those butterflies in the stomach … even as his debut inches towards its May 20, 2011 release. Admits Divyendu,"I won't be able to sleep the night before the film's release. I'm very nervous, but I'm happy too because we've made a really good movie. Actually, I have many mixed feelings prior to the film's release." Incidentally, Divyendu has been conferred with a unique name for his character in the film: 'Liquid'. Query him about the reason behind his character being called so, and the answer is pat: "I can't tell you why I'm called 'Liquid' in the film," he says. "For that, you'll have to go and see Pyaar Ka Punchnama. 'Liquid' is an unhappy civil engineer, he's a 'complaint box' and he loves to complain all the time." Describing writer director Luv Ranjan as being "sensitive to an actor's needs", Divyendu states that it's the debutant director's "sensibility as a writer" that helped him to flesh out 'Liquid' rather well onscreen.
