Shahid Kapoor Will Play Drug Lord In 'Namak' 

After playing an ambitious gangster in Kaminey, who gets embroiled in a cocaine deal gone wrong, Shahid Kapoor will once again play with drugs in his upcoming movie Namak, which is being directed by Prabhu Deva.
 
Sources claim that Shahid, who has mostly played chocolate boy romantic roles in most of his films, will be seen playing the role of an upcoming drug lord in the masala flick Namak, which is an action flick set in the backdrop of the drug mafia in Uttar Pradesh. The film is supposed to take off in February next year.
 
Prabhu Deva, who has helmed massy entertainers like Wanted and Rowdy Rathore in the past, has roped in Sonakshi Sinha to play the female lead opposite Shahid in Namak.
