Bollywood's 'Hercules' Dara Singh Admitted To Hospital

A former wrestler who later turned to films, Dara Singh, who was known for his role as Hanuman in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan, was admitted to Lilavati hospital in suburban Mumbai today at 3 pm.
Sources claim that the 'Hercules' of Bollywood had been feeling unwell since yesterday and after medical tests, Singh was admitted to the hospital today afternoon as his health deteoriated due to nerve issues.
Dara Singh's wife was quoted saying that the veteran actor's health is stable now but they will be keeping him in the hospital for a few more days. Singh's last appearance was in the 2007 film Jab We Met, where he was seen playing the role of a stern patriarch and Kareena Kapoor's grandfather.
