'Gangs Of Wasseypur' Sequel To Release On August 10, 2012

Fans of Anurag Kashyap, who immensely enjoyed the recently released Gangs Of Wasseypur and are eagerly awaiting the sequel after watching the promos at the end of the film, can finally whoop in joy and exchange high-fives. Sources claim that the sequel to the movie will be releasing on August 10, 2012.
It is being said that the production house decided to release the sequel soon after the movie as they were encouraged by the response that the gangland saga received from audiences and wanted to cash in on the box office success of the movie.
Whereas Gangs Of Wasseypur traced the rise to power of Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpayee), the sequel will reportedly focus on Khan's son Faisal (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and his life. The film also marks the acting debut of director Tigmanshu Dhulia, who plays the antagonist Ramadhir Singh in the movie.
