John Abraham Against The Idea Of A Big Bollywood Wedding
By MovieTalkies.com, 07 June 2012
A few months back in February, actor-producer John Abraham's Housefull 2 co-star Riteish Deshmukh got married to long time beau Genelia D'Souza amidst much fanfare, with Bollywood celebs making appearances to greet and wish the couple and the media going in overdrive to cover the entire event.
However, the hunky John, who has been linked with banker Priya Runchal following his break-up with Bong bombshell Bipasha Basu, personally seems to be against the idea of a big and loud Bollywood wedding. Talking about his wedding plans, the Force star was quoted saying, "It will be a very quiet thing. When I marry, nobody will know about it. My dream wedding would be at home with just three to four friends and my parents. Without any disrespect, that big loud Bollywood kind of wedding is not our style at all. I am clear about the direction I want to take, personally and professionally. Its not like I am shying away or anything."
John Abraham, who acquired the nickname 'Action Abraham' after his role as the tough ACP Yashwardhan in Force, tasted success with his maiden production Vicky Donor and will be next seen essaying the role of gangster Manya Surve in the Sanjay Gupta directed gangland flick Shootout At Wadala, which also stars Anil Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles.
