While Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) officials have filed a police complaint against Shah Rukh Khan, for allegedly misbehaving with them at the Wankhede stadium, the superstar has found a supporter in Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Lalu reacted to the reports of Khan being banned from the Wankhede stadium, saying that people are yet to hear the actor's side of the story. Yadav, however, maintained that everyone should be investigated before allowing them inside the stadium.
"All people who come to the stadium, either to watch the match or for participation should be properly investigated, whether it is Shahrukh Khan or anybody else. You all are not aware of Shah Rukh's version of the matter, you are just speaking what is being told. All people, who come to the stadium after consuming liquor, should be properly investigated," he was quoted saying.
"Does Shah Rukh only smoke cigarettes? I had earlier asked Shah Rukh to quit smoking for it is injurious to health," he further added.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh in a Press conference has claimed that he was provoked by the MCA officials, who abused him and manhandled his kids.
