'Showman' Awe: Robert De Niro A Raj Kapoor Fan? 

Yes, you read it right! If actor-producer Uday Chopra is to believed then Academy Award-winner, Robert De Niro is a fan of the Indian 'Showman', Raj Kapoor and his craft.

Uday Chopra, who recently wrapped-up filming YRF Entertainment's first Hollywood venture The Longest Week, today met the veteran in New York and was surprised to see a cushion in De Niro's office with Raj Kapoor's film's poster on it.
 
"Met Robert DeNiro in NYC and guess what? He has a cushion with the poster of Raj Kapoors "Bobby" on it in his office. How cool is that!!!" tweeted Chopra.

For the uninitiated, the Hollywood stalwart also has another Indian Connection. De Niro will soon be seen in David O. Russell's 'The Silver Lining Playbook' along with veteran actor Anupam Kher.

Adapted from the serio-comic novel by Matthew Quick of the same title, The Silver Lining Playbook is slated to release on November 22, 2012.
