Contest and Promotions: All contests on MovieTalkies.com are open to individuals of 18 years and older and to Indian residents only. Employees and immediate families of Movie Talkies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be selected by an automated system and will be published on the Contest page post the contest completion period. This is a limited period contest and Movie Talkies reserves the right to withdraw or change the details anytime and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. No liability whatsoever will accrue to Movie Talkies for such withdrawal or change. All details submitted must be accurate. Any incorrect or incomplete information found in the entry will result in disqualification from entering the draw. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The winners release Movie Talkies of any liability arising out of acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or contract.
