A photographer by profession, Boman started his theatre with a cameo role in Alyque Padamsee's "Roshni".In Raell Padamsee's "Family ties" he acted as the 75-year-old Dhunjisha Batliwalla,and then in Rahul Da Cunha's "I'm not Bajirao".
